08 Jan Working with Amy was without a doubt one of the most professional experiences we have ever encountered.
We have dealt with the Reagan Team in the past which was a wonderful experience so we returned for the sale of our existing house and the purchase of a new house. This time Matthew teamed us up with Amy Bray who took care of selling our existing house and assisted in finding the perfect new home. Working with Amy was without a doubt one of the most professional experiences we have ever encountered. Amy is the type of person who genuinely cares and shows concern for her clients at every step of the process. She will invest the necessary time to get to know her clients to ensure she is best servicing them whether through the sale of the existing house or ensuring she fully understands what they are looking for as their next purchase. She is extremely attentive to the emotional rollercoaster her clients are going through and is there to both console, guide and put you at ease. When it comes to the actual negotiations whether you are selling or purchasing you have the most competent negotiator in the industry. I have personally negotiated hundreds of contracts around the world and I would put Amy in as the lead negotiator every time if she worked for me. I know if the deal is in her hands then I have nothing to be concerned about as she will negotiate the best possible outcome. Of course even someone as competent as Amy always has their right hand person who is there every step of the way and in Amy’s case she has Sherone Mageau who was equally as caring and concerned about helping us through the process. No matter what was needed both Sherone and Amy were there immediately at any time of the day to assist us. Again we had total confidence in Sherone’s capabilities. In the end the one thing that really sticks out in our mind is the fact that we feel like we have a new friend, someone who actually feels like family and that is something that doesn’t happen often in business. We experienced this same feeling when we sold our other house when we dealt directly with Matthew. Bottom line, great company and incredible people that truly care and make you feel just like family – Mark D
