We can’t believe we finally made it to the finish line and after two and a half months of extension in waiting conditions, and not knowing where we stand, we can finally say our dream house is ours! We wanted to deeply thank you for being our agent, our pillar of strength on this nerve wrecking journey, and for strongly leading us every step of the way during purchase of the new house and sale of our own house! You made this possible for us! You worked so hard to make this dream come true for us!! Your professionalism, diplomacy, patience, strategic thinking and integrity were key to these deals coming through. We had to deal with a very difficult situation, but your perseverance, kind nature, transparency and diplomacy were just few of many wonderful characteristics you possess that helped pull this through. We admired your intelligence and your strength during this rough journey – but most of all we admired you for never giving up!! Even when it got so tough, you remained positive and focused and always looked for solutions to keep moving forward, while always keeping our best interest in mind. And amazingly so, you have always done it with a smile on your face and always found time to speak to me and reassure me to remain positive and in your calming tone tell me that everything will work out (even when you were not sure it would, you provided me support).
