Sean Donnelly led his team brilliantly throughout what thankfully turned out to be a short campaign to sell our Condominium suite in what still appears to be a difficult condo market. From the outset it was clear he was committed to selling our property for the best possible price and as quickly as possible. He listened carefully to our concerns and requirements and crafted a marketing strategy with a range of exposure for the listing that far exceeded our expectations or experience from selling previous homes. He introduced Every Little Detail and the capable hands of Janna and Larissa. Their staging was nicely understated but captured and enhanced our lifestyle and environment. This made the photographer’s job a little easier we think and the quality of their joint efforts is evidenced in the eventual list package. The package of course being beautifully assembled by the team’s back stage marketing and technical staff. We don’t believe we could have found a better realtor in which to place out trust and hopes than Sean and his team. Well done everyone and thank you all so much.
