We met Frances Lu when she independently called us about selling our house as they had a client. While we didn’t sell the house at time of her inquiry, she consistently and regularly kept in touch, and built a relationship with us which was critical in our choice of realtors (vs other realtors that we interviewed) when we finally put the house up for sale. Frances was diligent, hardworking, very knowledgeable about the area and market, and did a great job with guiding us to prepare the house for sale. (She also assisted our son in finding a place for him after the sale of the house. This was much appreciated by all of us). She was involved in ensuring our house was presented well. We are grateful of the effort of Frances, and referred a friend to her who was looking to buy. We would definitely recommend Frances Lu as a realtor of choice.
