In mid-November, I decided to meet with Allison and Matthew to see what upgrades were needed in my home in order to sell in the Spring. They suggested I place it on the market for 3 weeks to get some feedback. I was hesitant about doing this so close to the holiday season but agreed. Lo and behold it SOLD in 2.5 weeks – again with multiple interested parties. They certainly have an amazing knowledge of their market.
I must give credit to Allison for her skills of being a very professional liaison/negotiator throughout the whole selling process. I was also extremely impressed with the exposure given to my home regarding marketing, professional photos, open houses, and addressing the cultural needs of potential buyers. The professionalism of Allison and the whole Regan Team is outstanding, and I was given updates/feedback regularly on viewings, etc.
Unfortunately, I purchased a home out of town and had to use a local realtor, but that did not stop Allison from doing some research and providing me with advice/suggestions in my new home search and location.
