When my husband and I were looking for a bigger space for our growing family, Frances Lu was amazing! The market’s crazy and can be really discouraging for buyers but she’s well-informed on price, and has a great eye for detail so we didn’t get too dazzled by renos which looked good but were unlikely solid enough to go the distance. She has her pulse on off-market opportunities which we appreciated, and also went out of her way (door-knocking in neighborhoods we were interested in to find prospective sellers). My husband and I had a huge list of wants and needs, and with Frances, we found an incredible house that checked off every one. She was patient, helpful, responsive and overall really great to work with. Buying a home in this market is a stressful experience but her calmness helped a great deal. I strongly recommend her.
