On behalf of my family, I want to express my sincerest appreciation for the incredible work, expertise, and leadership Sean Donnelly showed us as we navigated the sale of our house and the purchase of our forever home. I could never have imagined all of the steps involved with both a purchase and a sale. Throw in two full time careers, two kids and Covid curveballs – you’d think it would be a high stress time, but Sean led us through each step with such calm guidance and we actually had so many laughs all along the way. While we relied heavily on Sean’s expertise, we also felt that our opinions were heard. Sean connected us with so many vendors and trades people to get our projects completed on both properties and there was never a challenge that he didn’t have an immediate solution for. Perhaps what stands out the most from our entire experience, is the incredible and unrelenting work ethic Sean showed. There was never a phone call or text unanswered and he went above and beyond for us time and time again. We would highly recommend Sean to anyone considering a purchase or sale of their home.
