Dear Matthew,
I’m sorry it has taken me so long to send you this note, but I would like to take the time to say an enormous thank you for all your help in getting my house on the market, as well as for giving me this proper information for pricing and selling.
My family and I were so impressed with your professionalism and knowledge. I can see this is a passion for you, not just another day at the office. It didn’t matter what questions or issues I encountered regarding the house, you were always there or called me back immediately with the answers I needed. It never seemed that you were too busy or my questions too irrelevant to deal with. You have also surrounded yourself with fabulous staff. Tammy was a great assistant and her wonderful personality was a joy to be around.
Matthew I wish you much success today and throughout the coming years. I know you will be well because of the nature of your personality and knowledge of your business I can only continue to keep you at the top of your class! I have already recommended you to several people and will tell as many people as I can when the opportunity arises.
In closing, I once again thank you for your kindness and especially your thoughtfulness in dealing with my house and making it all possible. Without you, it would not have done as smoothly and may not have even happened at all.
