My experience with Sean Donnelly as my real estate agent for the sale of my home was fantastic. Sean was able to have photos of my place done quickly so my home could get listed in a short span of time. He discussed with me the safety protocols for showings during Covid 19. He communicated with me daily when showings would take place and always made sure the timings worked for me. He also gave me feedback on the showings and provided daily data on how many views had occurred on websites. The best trait of Sean is that he understands this is not just a transaction and then onto the next deal. He made me feel that I was his top priority. Sean has a positive attitude and understands the owner’s emotions/stress of selling a home. He was thoughtful and provided positive reassurance. When a bully offer came Sean took the time to review the offer with me and answered all my questions. On my last day at my home, he came by to wish me well. Sean even took the time to see how my move went and how my new home was. I used a different agent for the purchase of my home as I moved to another city. I thought a local agent would be better. I learned it is the agent that makes the difference and I wish I had Sean for my agent for the purchase of my home. The difference was night and day. Sean provided me guidance even after I moved and I am forever grateful. A great agent is there for you even after the deal is done; and that is Sean. He is pleasant, passionate, a great listener, has impeccable attention to detail, he is honest and knows the real estate business inside and out. He was determined to get the price I wanted for my home and succeeded. I would definitely recommend Sean Donnelly and if I ever decide to move again, I would call him to sell and purchase a home. My experience was how it should be with an agent who is looking out for me.
