Matthew is firing on all cylinders. He’s engaging, smart, and focused. He’s also knowledgeable and has a great sense of style. We wanted a sense of how “market-ready” our house was and what the current market price would be. We made it clear we were not sure when and if we would list it and knew it would be at least a year before we did. Regardless, he took the time to develop a full market binder for us with comparable listings/recent sales, and walked through the house, giving insights on improvements to boost its price/likelihood of a quick sale.
