I really enjoyed working with Matthew in my recent downsizing process. He combines great energy and enthusiasm with thorough and proactive professionalism. It’s not easy to leave a home you’ve been happy in for 30 years and Matthew understood that, so he was patient with me but also, because of his extensive knowledge and experience, was able to provide the guidance required to make the transition comfortable. I appreciated that Matthew listened to me and grasped very quickly what would be important to me in my next home, and he found the perfect place for us with a minimum of difficulty on our side. It was truly a pleasure to work with Matthew who was consistently courteous and responsive. He clearly enjoys his job and that is reflected in the excellence with which he does it.
