If we had to describe Jeff in a single word, it would be professional. From our first meeting, he was organized and well prepared, carefully listened to our expectations, and tactfully managed these expectations versus the realities of the competitive Toronto real estate market. When it came to property visits and important decisions, Jeff ensured we were well informed, and gave us great pointers and room to make decisions. He was consistently prompt and patient in responding to us, booking visits, and following-up on questions regarding properties.
