About Frances
Having lived in Lorne Park for the majority of her life, Frances has an authentic and deep understanding of real estate in the area. Being born in China and immigrating here as an infant has led Frances to champion the great impact a neighborhood like Lorne Park can provide. Real estate to Frances is less about the physical space but rather the security and warmth a home provides in your life.
Before entering real estate, Frances had a career in business management, working with some of Canada’s top retailers. She has always been passionate about working with people, and is more invested in building genuine relationships as a way to set people up for success rather than teaching someone new skills. For Frances, real estate is like business management, “To be able to help someone you need to first understand their needs, and establish trust through having honest, open conversations. Sometimes, what they need to hear isn’t always what they want to hear but my clients know I always have their best interests at heart.”
When she’s not working, Frances can be found at the dog park with her Aussie Shepherd, Remy, playing tennis and spinning. She enjoys travelling and ending the night with a glass of wine and a good book.

What do you love about Lorne Park?
Seeing kids play sports either on the street, or at the parks. I love that the neighbourhood encourages being active and families feel safe letting their kids play safely outside.
